You need to add a subscription.
Essentially, we ship a lot of units with a SIM card, and there is a certain amount of network data and server features included in the package to get you going and test it.
Once that period has expired, we have to turn it off to prevent wasting resources. We generally don't shut it off immediately, we'll send you a warning email the week before telling you how to keep it active, an SMS and then a final email telling you when it was shut off and how to reactivate it.
Note: Trackers that are disabled disappear from the main view and app, but are still visible in the "Add Subscription" page on our website.
